Fashion Stylist

To be a fashion stylist you do not actually need qualifications but you would have to have a good sense of style and know what goes with what. You can learn but having a real natural flair for textures, fabrics and colours and how best they go together along with a real passion for fashion is more important than getting a qualification. If however this is the career that you want to get into then most people will choose from the many fashion stylist courses on offer and either go to college to get the much needed training resulting in a diploma or degree, hopefully to take them to the next level or you can even study online now to gain a diploma.

Maybe you could start as an assistant fashion stylist to gain experience of how the industry actually works and then once you know the business inside out you could then progress to a more senior position.
